Shipping policy
CDs, crowns, and wands are sent manually by Parabola West and have a unique processing time prior to being shipped. Tracking information is not provided for standard shipping but can be arranged at additional cost. Please email me at parabola@parabolawest.com to arrange for tracking prior to your purchase.
- Crafting a custom crown / wand can take up to a week before it can be shipped.
- CDs are signed and wrapped by hand and usually shipped the following business day
Shirts, blankets, pet bowls, and mugs are print-on-demand items that are shipped directly from the supplier once the item has been ordered. You will receive an email directly from the supplier with tracking information.
All orders are processed within a few business days. You will receive your order confirmation by email and then you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping times have been a bit longer than usual due to Covid-19.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Parabola West Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
For CDs, crowns, & wands there is currently no tracking information available, unfortunately. As above, if you would like tracking added to your purchase please contact me on parabola@parabolawest.com.
For clothing items, pet bowls, blankets, and mugs you will receive an email notification from the supplier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you are concerned that your order is delayed or if you have any other shipping-related concerns, please email parabola@parabolawest.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds & returns
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Downloaded digital items are not able to be returned or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at parabola@parabolawest.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
